  • The Mountain to Valley Race 2015

    The Mountain to Valley Race is going to be a half-marathon this year! The course will be very similar to our previous beautiful downhill one – and with an additional 3.1 miles tacked on! We are encouraging people to join us for the FAST 4-Mile Run/Walk again this year as well!

Mountain Valley Developmental Services

Mountain Valley Development Services was founded in 1973 by a group of parents and volunteers and was incorporated as a non-profit agency in 1975. MVDS has since become an organization which provides a comprehensive array of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities.

MVDS has been designated by Colorado Department of Health and Human Services as the Community Centered Board responsible for Eagle, Garfield, Lake and Pitkin Counties. MVDS is accredited by CARF, the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission, and approved by Colorado Departmental Disabilities Services. Residential facilities are also licensed by the Colorado Department of Health.
