Our cotton/rayon placemat is a bit dressier and with fringe measures approximately 20" x 14 1/4".  The addition of rayon adds texture and a touch of sheen to the mat.  The more casual 100% cotton placemat is hemmed and measures approximately 19" x 14 1/2".  Both are prewashed and preshrunk.
