Mountain Valley Developmental Services
Encourage. Support. Enhance. Educate.
Our Mission is to encourage and support individuals with developmental disabilities, enhance their ability to live, learn, and work in an independent and inclusive manner, and to educate the community about their contributions and capabilities.
MVDS would like to congratulate Melissa Simpson for being awarded the Outstanding Service Volunteer 2018 for Vail Health. Great job Melissa! The family would like to pass along a special thank you to Paige and Marianna who assist her at the hospital; without them and the MVDS organization this may not have been possible for Melissa.
MVDS supports adults and children in Eagle, Garfield, Lake and Pitkin counties with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our work provides life span services for these individuals, their parents and family members, guardians, colleagues at work, neighbors and friends to promote independence, quality of life, and rights protection.
