Mountain Valley Developmental Services (MVDS) is a Colorado nonprofit organization established in 1973 and headquartered in Glenwood Springs. Our service area spans Garfield, Pitkin, Eagle and Lake counties.

We currently search 150 adults and 400 children. There are 90 people living in the organization’s 20 residential facilities, stretching from Glenwood Springs to Carbondale, Rulison to Vail.

We are pioneers.

Mountain Valley Developmental Services was one of Colorado’s pioneers to embrace the concept of supporting people with disabilities in their own community.
